1. Purpose and acceptance
IPTVIO is media playback software for Apple TV. These terms describe the rules for using it and the iptvio.ch website. Publisher information is available in the legal notice.
When you obtain the app from the App Store, the applicable license is the one shown in its listing. If no custom license is provided, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies. These terms supplement that framework without reducing your mandatory rights.
2. No content provided
IPTVIO does not provide, sell, host or distribute any channel, video, playlist, IPTV subscription or access to an audiovisual service. The publisher is not affiliated with any IPTV provider or content distributor.
You are responsible for the sources, credentials, add-ons and files you add. You must have the necessary permissions and rights to access, play or download them. Any use contrary to law or third-party rights is prohibited. The app grants no rights to third-party content and does not authorize bypassing access protections.
3. Compatibility and availability
The version presented is designed for Apple TV running tvOS 17.6 or later. A connection and compatible sources are required for online playback. Features and interfaces may change between versions.
The guide, replay, timeshift, subtitles, multiview, downloads and add-ons depend on your hardware, formats, data and provider permissions. Support for the Stremio add-on protocol is neither a partnership with Stremio nor a guarantee that every add-on will work. Third-party add-on and service terms still apply. Multiview requires enough simultaneous connections. Downloads are not an archiving service: tvOS may reclaim the space used.
4. IPTVIO Pro and Apple purchases
Pro features are offered through Apple in-app purchases. The planned options are a monthly subscription, an annual subscription and a one-time purchase. Only the products, prices, durations and conditions actually shown in the app and Apple's confirmation are binding.
A subscription renews automatically unless canceled in accordance with the terms shown by Apple. You can manage or cancel it from your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
A one-time purchase unlocks the relevant features without recurring renewal. It includes no content provider or VPN subscription and does not guarantee perpetual availability of third-party services.
Restore a purchase in IPTVIO using the Apple Account that made the transaction. Refund requests are subject to Apple's applicable rules and your legal rights: request a refund from Apple.
5. Your services and credentials
Accounts and subscriptions with IPTV, VPN, Trakt or other providers remain governed by their own terms. Keep your credentials confidential and check your plan's sharing and connection rights.
The local web interface is intended for configuring your app from your trusted network. Do not make it publicly accessible.
6. Liability and rights
The publisher endeavors to keep the software working and resolve reported problems. IPTVIO cannot guarantee the availability or quality of external content, networks or third-party services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for interruptions attributable to these services or for the use of unauthorized sources. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory consumer guarantees and rights.
The IPTVIO brand, interface and original elements are protected by applicable rights. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Personal data
The privacy policy describes the data used, iCloud sync, third-party connections and deletion options. Acceptance of these terms does not replace specific consent where required.
